Jethro Management recognises that not all business have the resources to spend on large business improvement contracts, whether they be reporting systems or change management.

Many small businesses (less than $1M turnover and in some cases less than $250K) need some basic accounting advice - how to set up their accounting systems and procedures in order to get some basic reporting, BAS production and filing systems organised.

Jethro Management provides management advice and process improvement to its clients. Many business owners do not know how to map their business workflows and processes. It is very difficult for an organisation to change its internal structure without the use of a change agent. Jethro Management can provide both of these roles and has been involved with many clients successful business transitions and growth.
